Dual-servo control for winding and traversing. The traverse width and winding pattern can be set as required. Tension is controlled by an automatic dancer-roll constant-tension system, delivering high constant-tension accuracy.
PLC-based HMI operation with a high level of digitization; winding modes such as parallel, traverse (oscillating), and forward-taper can be freely selected.
Modular machine design: the PE film narrow-tape unwinding and finished-product winding/rewinding modules can be freely expanded according to actual needs, and can be started simultaneously or independently to suit different application scenarios.
