A reinforced beat-up structure boosts beating power for thick, heavy terry fabrics, and a thicker weft beating shaft holds enough rigidity to weave terry towels wider than 280cm without losing beat-up consistency across the width.
An optimized six-linkage weft insertion mechanism produces a gentler, more rational insertion curve, while two program-controlled electromagnets let the loom alternate between high and low terry within the same fabric.
