The production line is used to produce monofilament prepregs of high-performance fibers such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and basalt fiber.
The complete line includes creel, fiber-spreading unit, low-viscosity impregnation unit, extrusion metering, high-viscosity coating, impregnation, hot-plate drying, cooling, release-paper unwind, release-paper rewind, PE film unwind, traction/drive, finished-product winding, width detection, and electrical control system.
