The electromagnet module is the core of electronic jacquard weaving: an energized magnet grips the raised hook at the instant the underlying knife lifts it, holding the hook up to form the shed, while a return spring pulls unselected hooks back down. Module quality directly determines jacquard performance and fabric quality.
We manufacture high-quality spare parts compatible with models including Staubli LX, SX, MX PRO, covering electromagnet modules (M2, M4, M5, M6), pulleys, electromagnet valve assemblies, module driving cards and module electromagnets.
For some old jacquard models which cannot get original new parts, we also can supply second hand original parts in working condition, like controllers, encoders, and circuit boards for Staubli JC5 and JC6, and some Bonas models as well.
