A warp beam is the aluminum roller that holds the wound yarn on weaving machines and warping machines, keeping tension and alignment consistent as the yarn unwinds.
Our warp beams handle different specification of yarns without bursting or deforming, raising production efficiency. With annual output of 200,000 pieces, we supply hundreds of companies worldwide.
Depending on application, we care supplying yarn winding beams for warping machines, sizing machines, warp knitting machines, webbing looms, and all types of shuttleless looms, each built to the width and flange diameters required by leading brands. Special sizes beams can also be customized according to provided drawings. For warp knitting machines with smaller size beam, reinforced forging process option is available.
We also provide cloth beams for fabric winding purpose.

Welding is carried out using an automatic welding method under an inert shielding gas atmosphere, ensuring high-precision weld quality.
