A tuck-in device folds the cut end of each weft pick back into the next shed, weaving it into the fabric with the following pick instead of leaving a loose fringe. Cam-driven crochet hook, presser foot and scissors shafts press, shear and hook the yarn end, doubling weft density at the selvedge for a clean, tucked edge.
