Our sisal and jute rapier weaving loom is built on the proven GA788 platform, adapted specifically for coarse natural fibers like cotton, wool, hemp and jute, alongside chemical fiber and blended yarns. It is easy to operate and economical to maintain.
Rapier weft insertion is inherently faster and quieter than traditional shuttle weaving, with a strong gripping action that handles thick, coarse yarns without the frequent shuttle reloading that slows shuttle looms down.
A special weft accumulator, built for thick yarn, feeds weft continuously into the insertion cycle, keeping production running smoothly even with heavier, bulkier fibers than a standard rapier loom is designed for.
