Our specially designed electronic weft selector has two parts: a signal device that reads the programmed weft color sequence, and an actuator that steers the correct weft finger into position. Each color module runs its own stepping motor, synced to the loom's microcomputer to keep pace with loom speed.
Built for high-speed rapier looms above 400 rpm, up to a maximum of 600 rpm, it performs reliably at high, medium and low speeds. The modular design lets customers choose 2 to 16 colors freely, needs no special maintenance or lubrication, and makes color changes easy.
At about one-third the price of European models with comparable reliability, it's used as original equipment on looms from Kingtex, Wanli, Titan, Rifa and Picanol series looms.
