Our wire mesh weaving loom is purpose-built for metal wire, handling flat or pre-crimped, flexible or rigid wire from 0.10mm up to 6mm in diameter. The machine body's two main wall boards, reinforced with several pairs of middle wall boards, keep the frame rigid under heavy load.
A main motor paired with a pneumatic clutch drives the whole machine, while a tappet cam shedding device with 4 heald frames works alongside servo-driven rapier weft insertion, and a crankshaft six-linkage mechanism delivers a double weft beat for a dense, stable mesh structure.
Mechanical take-up and let-off keep the design simple and dependable, and PLC computer control handles parameter settings and automatic fault display for straightforward operation.
