Air jet loom: Energy saving measures of weaving loom manufacturers

1. Adopt RTC (real time control) device

RTC control is the real-time control of weft, which is an intelligent active control system which can optimize the air time. The RTC control device does not control the duration of the jet in accordance with the type of weft and yarn density. In order to get the least amount of gas, the loom is constantly adjusted at every insertion. According to the weft and cloth width, the air consumption can be reduced by 10% ~ 40%. The RTC system implements pre-control of auxiliary nozzles, and the main nozzle and auxiliary nozzle are used to ensure slight acceleration of the weft. An RTC control reduces the auxiliary nozzle jet during the process of weft insertion time, reaction time and reduces the consumption of compressed air jet time. RTC terminal can be easily controlled by the two parameters (pressure, time) programming.

2. Sumo motor

Sumo motor is also known as switched reluctance motor. The Sumo motor does not need clutch, brake and flywheel, but can be directly driven. The main shaft mechanism and the sley mechanism are short and compact. The loom can reach full speed from the beginning of weft, with a 10% reduction in energy loss compared with the traditional clutch and brake drive. Oil cooling technology can save more than 10% energy. Because of the cooling system of the patented technology, half of the heat generated by the loom can be removed from the machine, reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioner in the workshop. Because of the direct drive, the speed of the loom can be automatically controlled and set, without the frequency converter, which reduces the power consumption, and has the automatic acceleration function and the wide speed range. Is very beneficial for new varieties of change, so that the machine running at the highest speed can satisfy the yarn quality, number of heald frame, and the need of technological change, such as fabric structure to achieve the high yield and low consumption .

3. Adopt series main nozzle

The main nozzle is changed from a single device to a fixed main nozzle and a swinging main nozzle. The former is used to overcome the resistance of the weft, improve the filling capacity and reduce the gas consumption. The latter always aimed at the reed and made the weft to accelerate further, and the weft was accurately fed into the reed after the predetermined flight speed.

4. Dual air compressor system

Adopting novel dual air compression system can reduce gas consumption. According to different fabric width, the loom is equipped with two air compression systems, such as L9400 loom maximum width can reach 5.4 m .

5.Small solenoid and cone nozzles

Using high efficiency and small solenoid valve and cone nozzle, the number of nozzles controlled by each solenoid valve is reduced, and the auxiliary nozzle solenoid valve is installed directly on the gas tank to shorten the airway.
