The carbon fiber multiaxial warp knitting machine adopts a multi-system weft feeding device. It can feed carbon fiber tows that have been spread in sheet form, and it can place them in single-layer or multi-layer arrangements in different directions including ±45°, 0°, 90°, according to different requirements for axial type (uniaxial, biaxial, triaxial, or quadraxial), areal weight range, and weaving process. In this way, it enables single or cross weaving of carbon fiber. It can also directly convey and feed 0° carbon fiber warp yarns into the warp knitting machine through conveying rollers to produce high-areal-weight (400 g/m²–600 g/m²) unidirectional carbon fabric, which can meet users’ requirements for different types of multiaxial fabrics.
