UD prepreg is made from UHMWPE or aramid fiber as the substrate. Fibers are evenly spread by advanced high‑tech equipment, impregnated and coated with a high‑strength elastomeric resin and film‑bonded, then laminated in 0°/90° orthogonal layers to form an ultra‑light, high‑strength ballistic material. The product features low density, wear resistance, impact resistance, and excellent cut and puncture toughness.
