A bilateral pulling dobby shedding device with 10 heald frames works alongside servo-driven rapier weft insertion with 2-color selection, while a multi-section crank four-linkage beat-up mechanism, backed by a variable-speed crankshaft drive, delivers strong, adjustable beating force.
PLC computer control manages the whole system, with parameter settings and automatic fault display keeping the loom easy to operate and quick to troubleshoot.
